Return and Refund Policy

At Apex Furnishing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds: 
  • Refunds are eligible for products purchased directly through Apex Furnishing. 
  • Products must be returned in their original condtion, unused and in the original packaging. 
  • Refunds are not applcable to customized or made to order iteems unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Refund Procces:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact the owner personally between the times of 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your oder number and a breif explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service is open to anybody, here at Apex; we want the best experience for you. Actively providing that we coordinate with the buyer and the main source of the product.

3. Return shipping: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and continuously watch product travel. 

4. Refund Timeline:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Allied Partner Products:

  • For products purchased through our allied partners, such as Apex Furnishing, please contact us so we can get your sorted out as soon as possible and we can get you your new table.
  • We encourage customers to connect with Apex Furnishing as soon as possible for efficient resolution.

6. Exchanges: 

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow he refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item so we can communicate with desired partner for efficient resolution.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 Hours of purchasse. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.

9. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards an clearance/sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

10. Policy Updates:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
